OrGreenic Healthy Recipe of the Week: Banana Pancakes

This healthy breakfast is quick to make and will satisfy you for hours. Perfect for a Sunday brunch or whenever you feel like it.

Banana Pancakes

1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
2 large banana’s, ripe & mashed well (could use 1 for less banana flavor)
1 cup vanilla almond milk
3 large egg whites
½ tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vegetable oil

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour, baking soda, salt)
2. Combine milk, egg whites, oil, vanilla, and mashed bananas in a medium bowl and mix well.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry mix and mix with a wooden spoon until there are no more dry spots (be careful not to over-mix)
4. Heat OrGreenic Skillet over medium-low heat.
5. Pour pancake batter onto pan with a ¼ cup measuring cup (the calorie content is based on ¼ cup of batter)
